From DDUtil

The only platform DDUtil is provided for initially is Microsoft Windows XP SP2. But, other OS versions should work if they will support .NET 2.0.

The DDUtil installation file is furnished in a standard windows format (msi) and also as a compressed (.zip) format. Either of these formats should present no problems installing and are provided for user preference only. See the installation page for more information and options.

DDUtil is written in Microsoft Visual C# 2008 and requires Microsoft .NET 3.5 to load and function. If your system does not have this component you can download it from the Microsoft web site or if you are using the installer version it will automatically check for it if needed and inform the user if needed. Also install the latest service pack for the framework which is referenced in the above link.
