VSP Manager

VSP Manager (VSPM) is a software program that creates serial port pairs which allows software programs to talk to each other using Cat commands.

Note: → VSPM *DOES NOT* allow port splitting which is defined as allowing multiple programs to connect to one source. If you need port splitting try VSPE.
